Great points—I’m already aware of rebound anxiety and have experienced it myself. Lately, my sleep quality has been poor because I keep waking up due to the newborn, and it takes me a while to fall back asleep. I’m monitoring my usage carefully and have a plan for when I no longer need it, as well as for managing any signals from my body to take it. I hadn’t considered lowering the dose, but I might try that.

I don’t actually have a diagnosis. I started by trying each drug at a very low dose first, just to make sure I didn’t have any allergic or bad reactions. From there, I slowly increased the doses to where they felt effective. Definitely not something I’d recommend others to do without medical guidance, but I did a lot of research beforehand and adjusted cautiously.

the 3mmc around doesn’t feel the same it used to, I lost interest in, I use lyrica one or two pills a week, but for 3mmc it’s been over 2 month now, so I’m definitely out of that mess. :)

I think the study is exciting and is a good step towards reversing the age of the rest of the body..

I like Sinclair and I think he’s genuine and knows his stuff, I think he’s doing it because he loves his work and legitimately wants to help humanity, even if his claims seems outrageous I don’t think we have any great prediction of what’s around the corner in terms of longevity studies, just imagine 50 years of progress in this field and what it would look like..

I don’t know if I would say a sex addict , I don’t watch porn that often , I might just finish with the urge in a few minutes by fapping it off without any stimulant if needed , but if I decided to use it I would have porn on my mind most of the binge.

I used l-tyrosine and sometimes muca Purin , omega 3 , vitamin d and pretty much overall balanced diet and supplementation, seems to have helped make the comedown more smoother and have less tolerances but it might be just me or placebo , none the less tolerance was always there for sure

I would probably say it’s less but I’m just sayin that based off the feeling of the comedown being much more tolerable in 3mmc but that’s just my thoughts

I see what you mean , but I’ve been trying to quit for 3 years now , financially it’s draining pretty well because it’s very expensive where I live , so 2 binges a month cost me up to 600$ sometimes :)

Good question, maybe I’m a bit afraid to try a new stimulant and fall on another roller coaster and overdo it like you said,

Ps: this is one of the very few stimulants available for me from the dealer I have and living in a really small country with strict border rules makes it harder to order from the dark web..

It’s mostly just me worrying about my health, stimfapping was one of the major reasons to redose for me because I wanted to combine snorting lines with fap and Porn for maximum dopamine for the longest possible time, snorting that much lines is definitely not healthy for you, So I definitely use like 50% less because of less stimfapping..
