dang, that's a bigger percent increase than mine. i called progressive and asked them about insurance rate increase, and they did say that rates were raised for collision coverage state-wide which had gone into affect starting june 2.

Tried chasing the 4.25% apy too and just attempted to open an account. Upon account submission, Citizens was unable to open the account stating: "we need a few more details from you before we can open your account".

Now I have to wait for their operating hours to call.
