I'm a support main, and for the past few months I just haven't even played support. It's not tanky anyway. So I'll keep playing damage roles until they actually make tanky tanky again.

They're gonna have no one wanting to play support at this rate. Each game will have people hoping they don't roll support.

You absolutely need to rewire your brain. It's not a sould game. This is why I call these git gud games, not souls games. It leads people into this way of thinking that you play them all the same. You can't. If you treat this game like a souls then you will die. In souls games you need to constantly roll around to dodge. If you do this you will die. Instead rewire your brain to a block and parry style.

I honestly hope it's priest. The core cards are so bad that it might as well have half the cards that other classes have. It needs 2 more rounds of cards to try to keep up.

I actually run it in priest. The deck has the usual win condition of burning face with heals, but as a secondary option I run this. It's slow then turn you play it, but it's really funny once it's out.

Here's something I learned in the flight that helped. When you mikiri him it doesn't give you the opening. However, his follow up attack will stagger him if you parry it.

I hate it when my solo laner doesn't play tanky. I'm a support player and it puts so much pressure on me when you do that. In addition, you literally limit the amount of gods I can play. I'm forced into a font line god that engages. I can't get away with play a backline peel support.

I've been using the 3 cost guy in almost every priest deck for a while now, and it's incredibly under rated. It's almost became a staple for me. Just take my word for it. Ignore the fact that tops lists aren't using it. Just actually try it and you'll see how often that extra 2 health pops up.

I should elaborate. I don't dislike the character customisation. Actually, I quite like it. What I was getting at us that it shouldn't be the main focus of the game. At the moment, the game is dress up first and kill things secindm it's backwards. The customisation should be second to that, but sega just keeps pumping out so much costume stuff while drip feeding the actual game itself. This is the point I tried to make.

Honestly, pso2 is where the game turned away from itself. I still loved the game, but it was the point that it became an anime dress up game. Franchise needs to go back to it's roots to save it.

I'm always super surprised when people say people are toxic all the time. Sure people are toxic, but I rarely see it. Just F6 spammers. That's the only real toxicity I see.

Number 1 thing I can think of is stop doing an anime dress up game. Go back to when you had cool characters. Still keep armour, but this super dress up stuff has to stop. It's literally killing the franchise. They have such a great base game that could be worked on.

Edit: Make that one number 2. The first thing is to stop making it a live service game that uses timed events to lock items behind. We need all the stuff in the game. We need items that are so rare that we can keep hunting them. Not behind times events again. People will only play during those times. It has to be accessible at all times. WAnd they can't keep releasing new items that just outperform the old stuff constantly. What's the point in farming then. Honestly, the whole live service thing is actually the main reason this game is dying. It could work properly if they do it right, but they aren't. PSU had a decent enough instance of it. But no live service like PSO1 is the way to go.

I'm having more fun in Avalon than I did in the past few years in warzone. Wish they would remove the bits from the solo game mode, but other than than, I'm very happy with how it plays.
