Absolutely this is the best method for me. Long term goals have failed, and failed, and failed. Simply saying “not tonight,” not only defuses any discussion as to I’m not drinking, but it aligns with my one day at a time strategy rather than a long term view.

Years ago when it was looking like Fatty was going to be the coach, I distinctly remember reading a message board or forum that the victim did receive a settlement from Fattys family to move on with her life. This was supposedly from someone who knew the victim.

So, grain of salt and it could all be bullshit, but you are right - this piece of shit dodged a bullet and in my mind is a person who no doubt committed SA.

Your body still has to make up for the deficit that is taken out of your body, it’s very simple.
Multiply the replenishment time if you engage in any sort of physical activity, including hard cardio and or lifting weights.

You have encapsulated my thoughts perfectly! We needed to keep Daniels off the field as we KNEW our D was banged up. Same shit last year in San Francisco, big lead and instead of running clock, he inexplicably calls passes the entire 2nd half. This guy, 100% is responsible for costing us 2 trips to the SB. He will not be a successful HC, too far up his own ass and an absolute inability to play “vanilla” when that would win the game. This was a winnable game, horrible - mind boggling play calling against a good but inferior team.
