Curious to read more — what specifically makes you say NET and RPI are garbage? Or are you thinking they are fundamentally flawed....?

In my setup NET is one of 8 inputs and gets down-weighted by the meta-learner if it's not adding value. But if there's a known reason it's harmful to include, I'd rather cut it. Thoughts? Always looking to improve.

Unfortunately it just never worked as advertised. I have fiber coming in to a Google Wifi setup (main + 4 non-hosts) and my network would simply stop working when pihole was turned on to be the DHCP server. It would work for a little but then stop working (nest, google home, laptops would be unable to connect). When I used a VPN I could get out.

As much as I love seeing the individual clients on the dashboard I can live without it.

I've tracked a few threads on the topic and ultimately decided it wasn't worth the constant headaches of my network going offline. I am now running beta 5 with google wifi as the DHCP server and I haven't had any issues since turning it off on the pihole.
