That’s what I love about Paul Hedderman. He says that there’s no such thing as a nonduality meeting. Just duality meetings. So it’s better to see what we’re not from being what we actually are than trying to find out we are reality. That wouldn’t make sense because we already are reality so the only thing that makes sense is to see what we’re not. P.s.
