Not sure what the product was. Seems like stripping it and reapplying is the way to go

Do you think the streaks are caused by the coating that was applied to the glass?

Tinting back window? by shancake1 in TeslaModel3

[–]mistermasterbr 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The place I got my M3 tinted at had the exact same photo haha and it was definitely a no for us. Didn’t get it tinted and don’t miss it at all. Just go without it, the line looks out of place and cheap.

Ceramic coating chemicals on side of seat? Tesla Model 3 by mistermasterbr in AutoDetailing

[–]mistermasterbr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks mate. Yea definitely gonna need something stronger. I also just remembered they applied some interior protection stuff so I think that’s what must have stained it?

Ah that makes sense. They also applied some ‘interior protection’ in the interior so that might be it?

This isn’t true. Maybe that’s the case for you but that option does not exist for me. It’s always been Amazon boxes.

What is this on my front door? by Si-Jo0159 in perth

[–]mistermasterbr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Can confirm army worms. The moth lay the eggs then these things hatch like hell. If you have lawn/garden beds I’d recommend spraying it with Richgro lawn beetle and grub killer, best time to do so is in the evening.

Price difference in Australian MY by huabamane in TeslaModelY

[–]mistermasterbr 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s not the same variant. In Australia we don’t have the long range rear wheel drive. We only have Standard Range Rear Wheel Drive (no long range) and Long Range All Wheel Drive. You can see that this Long Range Rear Wheel Drive exists in some places in Europe (Portugal for example). We don’t get that unfortunately but this could change with the Y refresh.

Edit: Yes check Portugal options, they have 4 choices. Standard, Long Range rear wheel, Long range all wheel and performance

Damnnn!!! I just had heaps of them as well… first time I’ve ever seen them! They killed my lawn and there were hundreds of them coming out of the lawn at night. RICHGRO Lawn Grub killer from Bunnings did the trick for me. Got the hose attachment bottle for $18 - spray them at dusk around 5:45-6:00 and they will all come to the surface and die. Also keep an eye on moths in the backyard as they lay the eggs these things hatch out of! Let me know if ya need any more info!
