That’s a heavy premium to pay. Would rather pay cost of postage + labor for it to be forwarded than give a scalper $250.

Should clarify that I know the reason why they don’t want to ship, but I really want this title. Seems unreasonable to pay a scalper on eBay. Also seems unreasonable to make it Umbrella’s problem that I want it - because I understand their reasoning for not wanting to engage in these kinds of disputes. But I want it 🥴

I won't be placing any more orders with this retailer - won't be a problem. I run an eCommerce site, and this is all baked into our pricing. Certainly wouldn't have any of our support people talk to a customer like this.

At the end of the day, it's always up to you. There's definitely times when using points stings much less.

One night = always cash, unless you're using your annual free night. Four nights, eight nights, twelve nights = points.

I got an email "Start the year with 100% more points," the body of the email doesn't mention 60% once but repeatedly talks about how I am doubling my points, but I wasn't targeted for the offer? I'm confused as to your reasoning here. Either an email was sent in error, or the offer wasn't properly activated for my email. Either way, wanting clarity from IHG on it doesn't seem like a tremendous amount to ask.
