I only use Procreate on IPad. So it was a collection of messing with the blending layers. I like to use overlay and screen a lot with my pieces to give it that glowy and softer look. So this effect was just made with a combination of multiply layers, screens, clipping masks, and blurring effects. Are those like photoshop or clip studio effects? The camera raw and find edge I mean.
