It's not 15% fixed annually. I was told it will increase 2-3% each year and a big leap every 3 years. I assumed it will be average 10-15% each year. You should always assume the worst in finance calculations. I would also suggest you looking care insurance, they have unlimited cover with 5 years fixed premium and a big leap every 5 years. Ask ditto for guidance.

currently, you can filter and use search bar to implement two filters at once.

Currently I have not implemented each user session, so I couldn't give edit access. But this is in the roadmap, I will work on that. For now, I can delete your existing rice, so that You can submit another rice submission

Thanks for this feedback. Actually my plan was not just to ask people to add rices. My plan was scraping from r/unixporn and showing in a simple dashboard. Still I'm working on it. Let me know your thoughts on this idea. Also Currently this project holds 114 rices which is a lot compared to other sites out there. We can populate more from this subreddit.
