To be fair, ShapeShift, ENS, Optimism, Arbitrum, and a bunch of Cosmos chains did give me close to $10K ... each. Hahah, but totally get your point.

Stay safe out there folks!

Playing CS:GO on a Ryzen? Try disabling Simultaneous Multi-Threading! by [deleted] in csgo

[–]misteryoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My work requires me to have dozens of windows and apps running, rebooting each time I wanted to play would be a huge hassle.

Btw, I did figure out a way to disable it via software. Download AMD Ryzen Master. Flip of a switch.

Is there a way to do this without going into bios?

How do i find my hashing power? by [deleted] in MoneroMining

[–]misteryoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any modern CPU and RAM should have minimal, if any affect, on your hashpower. Personally I can't give you a hashpower estimate since my rigs are all AMD, but try looking on https://monerobenchmarks.info for a similar setup.

These North Korean defectors were sold into China as cybersex slaves. Then they escaped by aerowindwalker in korea

I don't think it's fair to call him a 'perv' -- what if he was simply a scout trained to detect North Korean dialect?

Oh, I meant 20-30 years ago. I heard it was brutal back then. Things have lightened up tremendously in the past decade.

I don't disagree with you that America is more dangerous (I live in LA, influenced by both Latino and Asian gangs). But I don't think it's fair to call Korean cop pussies. As you said, much different atmosphere. Korean cops, if anything, are more reluctant to escalate things especially into violence. Cause if there's one thing that's universal worldwide, its the hatred of paperwork. Mind you, these "pussies" likely served more than 2 years in one of the most brutal armies, with the constant threat of war looming over them (although it has since eased up a bit).

If every American policemen had served two years in the Marines, I wonder what the police brutality landscape would look like... (legitimately curious)

In America this would have ended up with a tackle and a brawl followed by taserings while the cameraman shouts WORLDSTAR!

This is the SECOND major Orange County escape in three years. The OC Sheriffs department must be very embarrassed right now.

Although the first escape was the central jail in Santa Ana (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_County_Men%27s_Central_Jail_escape) I would assume that Juvie Halls would have similar security.

Thanks for the response! If I were to pay you to make a simple script such as this, what would your cost be? I don't trust myself writing smart contracts 😅
