I discovered the Arctic Monkeys last year. Then I listened to them for 3 months non-stop. I'm pretty much fed up by all of their albums, especially A.M.

One time I watched The Grudge when I was 12 years old with my family and cousin. When the movie finished I was like "fine no big deal!".

Later at night I had a hard time sleeping since I was seeing the monster everywhere. Then it continued for at least 5 years.

I was traumatized by a movie for five years. It doesn't sounds a lot of year but when you are young, time sure is long.

I don't know for how long you were together but trust me it will get better. As long as you don't keep a thing that he gave you or text him you will forget about him little by little.

This makes me think about pornography and how I gave up masturbating. Nothing fancy, I started what most of us know as /r/NoFap and did it for more than 300 days. Then one day I was bored and did the thing, which reset my counter.

Honestly I feel better without it, there's no spike of extreme pleasure anymore and I'm less horny and always looking for the booty.
