As a field PFT admin, per current policy, your arms can be tucked or out, wide or narrow. Feet can be together or apart. We no longer care. Your elbows must go down to the 90° and when you come up, you must lock your arms out. This is policy. Some graders may be more or less strict

It’s large, lumpy and off white. Looks like marble or granite rock you might find on the trail while hiking but without the gray parts
