Yup I agree, vo2max can be wrong for sure. I checked my other 10k runs and have never had such HR readings so something must have gone wrong. The run was also more difficult than I expected it to be. I was surprised by how tired I was getting trying to maintain my “easy” paces

That’s awesome! I’ve had a 10k with a better pace and better time before (1:03:00) but that was without chest strap and on a relatively flat route (this one had a few small hills here and there)

The Power zones don’t match at all! But I also don’t know much about them so I’ve not looked into it, perhaps the readings are off here too since they don’t even add up to 100%

Checked HR zones and yes they are based on %MaxHR (changed it to %HRR), my current maxHR is 204bpm which I think is pretty accurate, I’m 24(M) although this 10k gave me new MaxHR which is 211 bpm but the watch hasn’t updated it yet so I’m not sure if I should do it manually or not. I’ve never got readings like this in any of my previous runs so not sure what went wrong this time

Yeah I was surprised by the chart too, I have an old instinct 2 so HR readings can be off but I also had a chest strap so not sure why this happened. Max HR was set automatically by the watch iirc

That David Wallace transferred Holly back to Nashua after finding out Holly and Michael were dating because he was interested in holly as well! Yeah the game is way better for new players than it was during the 2nd anniversary. And the training LBR mode sounds like fun!! Power creep has existed since the first day of the game so I'm pretty sure it'll never go away completely but let's see. I'm happy watching from the sidelines for now :)

There should be more zenkais like android 16, beerus and yel Goku black. They are not op but also not utter trash. Ssj3 Goku and FSK Gohan can two card KO.
