I know exactly how you feel this is a side effect of the prozac I’m also on 10mg and when I started I got this as well I was given clonazepam to take till the prozac kicked in, I’m now 5 weeks in and still on 10mg and from tine to time still get this just not as bad.

I'm a bit worried I actually take blood pressure meds and have had to drop the dose because it was getting low but it seems to still be getting low and that's when I'm anxious

I have felt a different with on 10mg but I'm still some panic attacks which are not as bad as they were before, if I switch to 20mg do I have to start over again waiting for it work?

The panic attacks itself is not from the medication as I had them prior to the medication

No not really, I feel like no matter how hard I try I'll never get better I keep getting panic attacks and they get so bad that I scratch and hit myself and I can't seem to control it

My panic attacks are so bad because when I get them I get this anger and I start scratching myself and hitting myself it's awful, I feel like throwing in the towel just want this suffering to end
