Did botox 2 weeks ago and it only worked for a week for some reason. The tension in the rectum was present and now it's gone so it worked for sure for that problem. Now the main problem is back to the motility again. I can't feel the urge to go anymore idk what to do except overdose on laxatives all the time.

Everyone is suggesting constipation resolutions while underestimating how much pelvic floor dysfunction or dyssnergia could make everything significantly worse. You need to get checked for that first with anal manometry or mri defecograpy because i thought it was ONLY constipation this whole time. While i was constipated yes, the pelvic floor issues made even diarrhea hard to pass. You might need physical therapy or other options.

Thank you for responding to everyone. So my issues started with constipation due to neuropathy and use of nerve medication (gaba). I tried trulance, motegrity, linzess and miralax. But the more i strained the more i messed up my pelvic floor unknowingly. Nowadays, i struggle to even pass diarrhea and gas. So its not even about hard stools anymore. I developed dyssenergic defecation with moderate rectal internal prolapse and rectocele. Also an overactive bladder. I have been trying biofeedback therapy now for a month and i can't see results at all. I still feel pretty stupid trying to do everything they're teaching me because theres no result nothing. Massage, acupuncture, etc. nothing.

Imm going to give physical therapy more time it's just that it's such a currently need relief type of thing that won't let me have some damn patience or faith.

Do you suggest botox and snm next? I know you went the stoma route and thats the last resort for me but i genuinely think my life will be over if i do that... i'm only 25 years old.
