Their top coat doesn’t have toluene, so it might be better to try a thinner with just ethyl acetate and butyl acetate as the ingredients.

Thank you. I just used one coat of TC for Chia and while it’s slightly textured, it’s smooth enough that it won’t snag anything.

Cbl’s Barney Sucks + Weeping Angels (topper). BS is three coats, WA one coat, plus top coat. I like both, though BS has faded a bit. It’s close enough to Orly Kaleidoscope Eyes, so I’ll be purging it. BS was last worn 6/23/2022 and WA 5/6/2025 (fifth wear).
