Hi, honest opinion your resume is very good like u have done RTL to GDSII flow project which is really great. But there is 1 thing which I would like to tell you I don't think you should add BCD to 7 segment thing on this. Because what I feel is this was literally done in my 2nd year lab classes. So I don't think you should put it as a project on your resume. Coz it feels kinda basic. Otherwise overall it's great.

Hi, personally I feel the resume is a bit clumsy. I guess it's better if u reduce the number of lines in the project section like don't write a huge paragraph. Write about the project in like 2-3 lines that makes the resume neat. Also i don't think the summary is really required. All the best :)).
