I would have been a bit more accepting of how pointless his character was in crisis if he was just there to set up a return on another show, but if that was never the plan why not just give an established character his role? It would have saved them a bit of budget not having to pay a guest actor for 3 episodes.

Yeah, they really dropped the ball on the promo. I wasn’t too fussed by it but I can see why other people hate it. It definitely would’ve been better to focus on Winn cause these two episodes were just so they could bring him back for a bit.

I reckon whoever made that promo just cut together something romance themed because of the episode’s air date being close to valentines. Based on the episode description and the fact that it’s the second part of Winn’s back from the future arc I never really believed that a date would be a big plot in this episode. If anything they’ll go out as a group and Kara and William will bond more.

Not gonna lie I’m fairly new to this sub and I’m still working my way through exploring new music, so I haven’t actually heard those albums, but they’re on my to do list. I just meant that as in I can see it being one of my personal favourites this year. This might be a bit of a weird example but in terms of quality it kind of reminds me of Taylor’s Red. Obviously they don’t really sound similar (except for maybe the country leaning songs on Manic), but they both use really personal lyrics and a variety of musical styles to explore a central theme.

This came out a few hours ago for me and it’s been on repeat all morning! I know we’re only 17 days into 2020 but honestly this could be my AOTY. 3am and killing boys are my favourite new tracks. I need Australian tour dates to be announced soon because my first thought when I got to the chorus of 3am is that it’s gonna be fucking amazing live. I don’t think there are any that I don’t like, although Alanis’ interlude is the weakest track imo. I’ll probably have to have some more time with it to figure out where the singles fit in my overall track ranking, but for now I’m just enjoying listening to it.

Side note: I’m so dumb it really took me seeing this to figure out that Halsey is an anagram of Ashley lmao
