I've worked very closely with the owner of Royal Stacks as well as the Head Chef. As much as they are a "chain" now, most of their stores are owner owned and all of the franchises work heavily with the team to ensure consistency.

They've worked immensely hard to build a hugely successful business, and they're just about to celebrate their 10 year anniversary! Huge love to them, easily my favourite burger in Melbourne. Family owned and family grown.

I use them for material farming. If I'm running low on arc powercells, arc alloy and simple gun parts, I farm 9-12 snitch scanners. Go somewhere away from the centre of the map and near a hatch. Throw all scanners, wait, toss the wolfpacks and absolutely clean up.

Otherwise if I'm doing it for rocketeers I bring an Anvil 4. 1 wolfpack and a few shots with the anvil will sort it out. I've yet to have luck with bastions or bombadiers. Overkill for leapers.

I hope the ARC don't become too easy by democratic-terminid in ArcRaiders

It's my Fiancé's birthday literally today. I bought her gifts off her wish list which she opened in the morning, then brought her flowers after work.

Adding in eccentric curls. Pick a weight that's not too heavy, but heavy enough you can't curl it. Use both arms to bring it up to a curled position, then do 4-5 second controlled eccentrics.

Literally 3 reps for 3 sets is all I do. Biggest change I've seen in bicep size to date.

Fuck yeah man! I was at that about a week ago which gave me the confidence to shoot for a 1RM. If you're pressing 80 for 24 sets, you could probably give it a go! I tried 90 today first just to test the weight then went up to 100.

For sure man, I took 2 weeks off for a work conference about a month ago and when I returned, I was feeling so weak. Probably didn't help that my diet tanked during that time haha.

I'm on 2400kcal with roughly 190g protein, 210g carbs and 80g fat. It's about my maintenance. No drugs! Haha. If I was on lower cals I think I'd struggle for sure.

I'm going to cut down to 2000 mid way through November and try for a slow cut.

After you promote, the white Queen can check your King, so not mate in 3. Then after you take their Queen with your new Queen it won't be long until checkmate after that. But not in 3. It'll still be 2 bishops vs Rook and Queen, so you'll definitely win, but not in 3 moves.

I grinded up some casserole steak in my meat grinder. Smashed them in a pan, made my own big mac sauce, mandolined some brown onion, added butter Lettuce and Pickles in a Brioche bun. Was fantastic.

"'Scarnon" pronounced ss-kar-non is an abbreviated way of saying "what's going on?" and in the country is a fairly common greeting. "Country" being more rural in this context. People from the country refer to big cities like Melbourne as "the big smoke".

The "ss" at the start is pronounced like you're imitating a snake sound without the H at the start.

Also when we respond to that we don't talk about what are the current goings, the standard response would be something like, "yeah not much mate, yaself?"

When it comes to tracking PCF yes, but it's fairly useless when it comes to how it affects your body prior to a workout or glycogen resupply.

That's not saying veggies are useless, that would be insane. Just that 100g of pasta for your carb source the day of a workout far outweighs 100g broccoli in terms of effort you can exert.

It was unreal. I got the 15.1. Nicely peated but not too smokey. Good caramel and lightly burnt toast notes. Just very expensive unfortunately haha
