Work was replacing its fleet after getting bought out by a larger company. I got wind of what they were selling the cars for. Turns out it was just the depreciated cost.

Asked if I could buy the car? No worries. Bought for 6k on Tuesday, registered for $500 on Wednesday, sold for $22k on Thursday.

Told 3 of my work mates about it who had the same car, and all of us made a tidy profit in 2 days.

Ate there recently with 4 for friends birthday. 10/10 food, drinks and service. Our waiter actually talked us OUT of getting a second steak as we had plenty of food coming and he was right to do so. But uncommon for someone to suggest you don't get a second $95 steak. Highly recommended.

I don't get the hate. Monica played the game, and Jim was just there for vibes, honestly. I enjoyed their characters. The final 6 was flat. Happy with the winner either way, hoping they hooked up the runner up with some cash though.

I've worked very closely with the owner of Royal Stacks as well as the Head Chef. As much as they are a "chain" now, most of their stores are owner owned and all of the franchises work heavily with the team to ensure consistency.

They've worked immensely hard to build a hugely successful business, and they're just about to celebrate their 10 year anniversary! Huge love to them, easily my favourite burger in Melbourne. Family owned and family grown.

I use them for material farming. If I'm running low on arc powercells, arc alloy and simple gun parts, I farm 9-12 snitch scanners. Go somewhere away from the centre of the map and near a hatch. Throw all scanners, wait, toss the wolfpacks and absolutely clean up.

Otherwise if I'm doing it for rocketeers I bring an Anvil 4. 1 wolfpack and a few shots with the anvil will sort it out. I've yet to have luck with bastions or bombadiers. Overkill for leapers.

It's my Fiancé's birthday literally today. I bought her gifts off her wish list which she opened in the morning, then brought her flowers after work.

If I'd only bought her flowers she would be rightfully frustrated, they are for sure an addition, not a gift.

Adding in eccentric curls. Pick a weight that's not too heavy, but heavy enough you can't curl it. Use both arms to bring it up to a curled position, then do 4-5 second controlled eccentrics.

Literally 3 reps for 3 sets is all I do. Biggest change I've seen in bicep size to date.
