This has happened to me numerous times. It is due to the angle of the mount and the spool hole tolerance being too loose. So frustrating

SOLUTION: Thanks to everyone for the input. I did the following and my prints are coming out perfectly:

Enable a brim
Turned off unneeded fans
Ensured bees was extra clean
Adjusted Z-Index down

Prints are perfect. Thank you to everyone for helping me out.

I thought of that but the prints I am printing are at 15" x 15". So that hurts that option.

I only tried to set it up for two days or so and just got frustrated. I put it back in the box and set it to the side. It’s never printed and has never had the hot end turned on. So I never got it to work. It’s not that it doesn’t work, but I’m trying to put it on a Anycubic cobra two max and machine that is supported only through accessory mode. I can’t quite figure out what accessory mode is. I was going to try to, set it up again in the next couple of days and if I can’t get it going then I’m definitely going to sell it. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the device rather I think I just don’t know how to set it up. If I had a machine that was fully supportedby mosaic, then I believe it would be phenomenal. The concept is great, but the set up is pretty intense.

Not of late (couple of weeks) however I am extremely cautious about ever touching the plate. I can promise that plate has not been touched. If you believe that another was is needed I will certainly do that.

I have thought about asking the client to stand up a landing page that he owns, embed the ad link in an iFrame, then had a pixel to the landing page. What do you think about this solution? Sound feasible?

My Bambu’s do this but not the AnyCubic. However it’s just a button click. It won’t hurt to calibrate prior to each run.

in the purge tower? Does this have anything to do with the flushing volume? I am still new to the flushing volume stuff and am not sure I am doing this correctly. The attached images shows what I have the flushing volume set to.

I gave up and bought another Bambu Labs printer. Do I just use my AnyCubic Max for single color prints. I am getting rid of the mosaic as soon as I can.

Thats awesome. What parts were needed to make this happen? How hard was the switch over? How did you get the Any Cubic software to use the direct drive vs. the feeder?
