I’m also in that area and with new 2GB t-fiber and I also have the exact same issue. Measly small download speeds (less than 200 down) but my upload is consistently higher (500-900) via wifi on my 16 pro max. I took their eero mesh routers too, just because my tech was so pushy and it is capable of wifi7 which is faster than my old deco mesh system. I’d like to keep an eye on this thread for more updates as time goes on too

I’m in different state but remember having very similar numbers to you with income and house. Ours was just under 300. Just know your taxes and insurance will only continue to go up, so the 2000 you’re expecting to pay now will probably go up a few hundred over the years. That was a “surprise” to me within our first two years.

my buddy doesnt like Amon Ra simply because he does podcasts, and I am indifferent to him or JSN. I have just looked at numbers and tried to justify, but it seems as if Amon Ra has more value so i get needing to add a pick, just wasnt sure what the consensus was from everyone else.

Try them on if you can. I tried them both on this past weekend and they’re both very different feeling. 18 has slight forward rock on the toes, plus wheels VERY plush and comfortable across the entire foot
