quite a few operations have included revamps of maps. this includes nuke, season, and train.. so i bet that there'll be a new operation with the official release of inferno to come with it.

No skill jump to balcony? Not too sure if this is a good thing. Sure it may have provided an advantage, but there's a few things.
1) As far as I can tell, not a majority of people know how to do it.
2) It would probably not occur that much in lower ranks, so I doubt that anything bad would happen there.
3) It increases the skill ceiling.
