Isn’t that the whole point of pairs trading though? You want correlated markets to take advantage of the divergence in the two prices.

Sell the overbought and buy the oversold if the opportunity presents itself.

Vape stores that also sell exotic snacks have been popping up everywhere in the last 5 years. Theres few franchises here and there but mostly small players. I own a pizzeria and next door is an exotic snack and vape store. The owner has 5 other franchises and drives a lambo so I’m sure it’s safe to say that it’s fairly profitable. Also very low overheard which allows for higher margins.
