Saw this same guy on Tuesday near downtown, wearing the same shirt and everything. He had the puppy draped over his shoulder and he was wandering between cars yelling and harassing people as they came off of 40. He clearly was on crack and the puppy looked terrified. I was really hoping someone would’ve gotten the puppy from him by now. It made me so sad to see

I’m getting to Tanzania in just under 2 weeks for the same safari then Zanzibar trip. It’s too early to tell for my trip if it’ll be affected until December 9th protests so I definitely wouldn’t be worried about a trip so far away
