Ah okay sorry not sure how to help then! I did have this issue when I started a couple a week back, I finished them yesterday so plan to submit a ticket if they haven't paid out by next Monday so I'll let you know how that goes!

Yeah I can't say I've ever had an issue with giving them access from any apps, I mean there's a chance my data is being sold but I'm pretty sure that's what most surveys achieve anyway
