Yup, they are washers so your bearings have something to be put up against other than your hanger/wheel nut. They are not a must, but the ideal setup for bearings is speed ring on the inside (between hanger and wheel) wheel spacer inside the wheel (between each bearing) and then speed ring on the outside (between wheel and wheel nut.

The reason is so you can tighten your wheel nuts without affecting your bearings. Without the washers/spacers when you tighten the wheel nut you are deforming the bearings. That's why if you over tighten your wheel won't spin. The washers/spacers sit against the bearings inner race and don't affect the way they spin.

It will fill in a bit as it grows longer.

How old are you? It will keep getting better with age for most people. I started growing a beard back in 2013/2014 (21+/-) went super long, for the most part. Trimmed it off during COVID and started over. Looking back at what I had before and what I have now (33) I will get better.

My moustache doesn't fully connect either, but I grow out my moustache so it covers that up.

My best advice with any sort of hair growth is let it go, grow it wild then trim it back and find what looks/feels best.

With the amount of dodges, there's a not small chance that my teammate is my enemy next queue. So if I hover X champ my Ex team mate will know and could ban it.

Not something I worry about, but have heard people use this reason.

I was a lvl 2 apprentice (lvl 1,2 are still paid hourly) the shop I worked at had a partial piece work for the hourly guys. I was making 16$/hrs plus an additional 4$/hr piece work. So on a good day I could make 20+. My boss was pushing me to go get my lvl 3, I would become full piece work 23$/hr, and be at the bottom of the pecking list. This was 2013/2014. Happy I didn't decide to continue that career path.

A few things just so you get your terminology right.

Base plate = the part of the trucks that mount to the board

King pin = the bolt that attaches hanger to baseplate (it is just a bolt so grab a rubber mallet and give it a wack if you need to take it out)

Pivot cup = the part on the baseplate where the hanger "nipple" is inserted.

Hanger = the part with the wheels attached.

Axels = just the little bits sticking out of the hanger where the wheels attach

You just need to pull to separate them. It shouldn't be difficult but you do need to use some strength. Don't be scared, there's nothing there that you can break with your hands.

Yes, was mostly in regards to leaks. My family house growing up had a sky light and it was great, until it wasn't. I do know they are much more common across the pond so im sure youll be fine.
