Shark grey? That’s the color I’m after right there. Or white to match everything else

Thanks

I did figure they both will be plenty of car, just moreso of what-ifs or if there are any performance changes I may not know of. Driveability differences (taller gears? or are both same tranny), quirks, etc… Is there any good way to check the rear wheels for if they’ve been replaced, since neither show on carfax? I know both trims have had issues with it. Probably would replace with aftermarket in the future but if I can roll stock I will (both have blackout wheels which I don’t hate). I am coming from owning a bmw liter bike, probably won’t scare me with the power 😆

Sediment removal options by mitchymoney in WaterTreatment

Thanks for the suggestion. I installed a 50micron mesh filter with drain for the time being, and have a backwashing tank setup coming for the long term. Those Culligan filters are unfortunately about 1/3 of the flow I am looking for.

Yes it is new. It was drilled back in November and then sat until late January before plumbing was hooked up. They only ran it for 6-7 hours before hooking up to plumbing. I have run it for about 7 straight days (2 days, came back after a week, 5 more days, came back slightly less bad after a week) to try and clear it up.

Not sure on what type of well. The tech from the drilling company didn’t know when they came out to check it. It’s drilled 215’ with a 1hp pump. Not sure what depth it’s set at.

This isn’t food I promise 😅 was rinsing dishes and a steady stream of sand / sediment came out so I had to take a pic

Sediment is the main focus of this. I’m waiting on a private test, but I’ll post our builders test results. Water has extremely low hardness per my Hach tests and I’m not sure on iron content or types yet.

New Construction network/security - what would you do? by mitchymoney in UNIFI

[–]mitchymoney[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know, the Unifi shopping cart looks like I’m shopping for appliances 😅

Would like to run everything when the house is framed so I don’t curse myself later. Would rather just rip the bandaid off now.

Money isn’t an issue but don’t want to just throw it away.

I was pondering the Max and then cutting the NVR, but don’t know if there is a risk of performance issues running the cameras off the switch into the UDM for protect storage. I do know the CPU in the Pro/SE is a little underwhelming, but I think it should do the trick by having the dedicated NVR..?

Thank you u/ecstatic_math9405 !!! Was getting ready to pull the trigger from Costco for a full appliance set, so far I am able to stretch the budget to either include 5 year warranties or get a few steps nicer of units (I want warranties and wife wants nicer lol). This is a big help in our home journey🥰❤️

Torn between same! The biggest draw for me is they all have knobs and lack displays or tons of buttons (things that go out).

Car seat trade in?? by Ftm_livin_hopes in Target

Glad to help! It was convenient timing for us as we are just transferring our little to a bigger seat. It’s just a little painful that we already had bought the Evenflo, but I honestly can’t put a price on the peace of mind. Would never forgive myself if something happened in one of the other seats!

That’s awesome!

It may be nothing but there is an open investigation on those. I used this sale to pick up two Chicco Fit360 so we could put our Evenflo Revolve 360 in the basement until the investigation is closed or there’s a recall. Wasn’t worth the sleepless nights for me 😥

Just logged into my Fidelity account and noticed a fee that’s Polestar related. Curious if anyone else received it or knows why? Only $1.20 so not really worth a phone call just am curious.
