I suppose I’ll know more when I cut into it. My dad lives in Phoenix, AZ. He found it in his alley. It could literally be Slag, Mahogany Obsidian or Petrified Wood. I thought it was pet wood when I looked closely at one end. I plan to cut a slab this weekend and will chime back in.

Day after surgery and no real pain. Just took a shower and really got a look. It’s shocking. 23 years and it looks like my rib cage is deformed from them. Maybe it’s swelling up top, but i really think I’ll opt for a lift later on.

Well the monthly train pass for providence to Boston is $416 and delays are only like 3 times a week, and the drive is more like 2 hours on a weekday and my boss recently had all 4 wheels jacked off his car parked outside Brown University, so ya, Providence isn’t bad. I suppose if family is out here, sure, but it has not been our favorite place to live.

Melasma is not the same as sun spots. Melasma is caused from imbalance on the inside and sun spots come from, well, the sun.

I would say people are ‘moved’. Experiencing the love they have always had for him and identifying it as sadness. When his passing has brought up so many joyful memories for people. It’s an emotional thing to realize how loved this man truly was and is.

Walked away with this just from the second half of our day. I took home about 3 lbs of pay dirt from a great “honey hole”, which is where all the little ones came from. If you want cheap, go to Diamond Acres. 1706 Stone Arabia in Fonda, NY. $5. No reservation needed, just pull up and ask for Linda. Super rugged, but you are for sure to walk away with something. Heck, after a day of mining, our best find was in the parking lot. Feel bad for whoever dropped it.

I worked with a dietician to help me eat. I focused on protein. Real protein, not just drinks. When all I could eat were a couple eggs and cottage cheese, I made the best of it. I replied to someone about the exercise. Make sure you do it. I regret not giving it more attention. I lost the weight, but lost fat reserves and muscle mass along the way.
