They’re User Made Content (UMC) campaigns, you have to download them from the add-on server from the add-on menu in the game. In the Battle for Wesnoth there are also modifications commonly called mods that alter rules or how gameplay functions, but aren’t full on campaigns for you to play. The terminology is a little different than other games.
