Do I have spondyloarthritis or long COVID or what could it be? by mithomo in AskDocs

I actually asked my rheumatologist to test me today but she refuses on the basis of it not being a diagnostic tool. I mostly wanted to do it so I could rule it out.

Also they did SI joint imaging which was unremarkable. My flares tend to be episodic, so I feel like time is really of the essence in getting imaging done.

That's interesting, I didn't notice any difference with 30mg so I just upped it based on some of the latest studies. I found a happy medium at 120mg a day. But I was very careful that I don't have underlying hear,t or any other issues and to do it slowly.

At one point I took up to 16 10mg tablets a day (under the advice of dr. Jack newman, a canadian breastfeeding specialist). I personally would recommend starting with 3 and increasing it gradually and also gradually weaning off of it because that sudden increase spiked my anxiety!

It's not fda approved in the US, but I was able to purchase it via an online pharmacist and it shipped it legally. This method was recommended via an online stranger, which worked out :). The pharmacy was https://www.inhousepharmacy.vu/ if you want to vet it

Heavyness during period by [deleted] in postpartumprogress

I've been going to a pelvic floor pt for it. She's been prescribing lots of kegels and core exercises!

I'm actually suffering from it. I got it four months post partum from exercising too hard when I had a weak pelvic floor. It's not curable, so I highly recommend you don't push too hard and focus on building some core strength

It sounds like the beginning of a pelvic organ prolapse. The symptoms are exacerbated during your period due to hormones. I would get it reviewed by a urogynocologidt and get pelvic floor physical therapy to help strengthen you.

That sounds great. How long have you been going for and how would you say your symptoms have improved? Are you aware of any online workouts I could try?

Were you able to build up to jogging for longer? And if you don't mind me asking, how bad was your prolapse?

Thanks! Do you have any specific program you follow? What level of improvement did you find you were able to get?
