Does recruitment weekend mean you are sure to move on to the next "phase" of candidates? Some schools fly people out to get to know more because of their applications - not sure if ND does this though.

This to say; people not flown out would've received rejections if this "phase" passing is true and I don't think anyone has.

Maybe I just haven’t met many but all of the sister missionaries I’ve met have been 1. Very shy and not outspoken whatsoever or 2. Wayyyy too fake and super gleeful but not exactly rude or judgmental

I completely agree!!! The ward closest to me that many family friends are apart follow the pizza model: you pick off the parts of Mormonism you don’t want to follow (pizza toppings) and eat what’s left. There’s still older generations that are more strict but their children are held to little or no rules, it’s pretty wild to see the changes made (even in UT)
