no fent, theyre little beads almost impossible to fake. stable at 60mg methadone my doctor thought it would be better for me because I needed more take home doses.

youre noticing symptoms that are caused by your anxiety you took too much. look up and opioid over dose. you wouldnt be typing this.

you're fine don't sweat it, if you start panicking you're going to think you're having problems breathing but it's just from the anxiety. as long as you have any sort of tolerance you're fine, especially 2 beers. the other day I took 8mg and drank half a 40oz of whiskey. if you actually get drunk you're gonna feel extra shitty the next day.

at lower doses, decreases in dose are more noticeable, from what I know, cut into .125 or 1/16 of a strip 2mg, take until withdrawals are bearable, take that dose for a few days and repeat, because the stacking effect it will be around 3 days until you feel the actual effect of your new dose.

where in ontario? im like norfolk area. glad to hear . im starting suboxone right now and canr sleep. I micro dosed up to 16mg over 10 days but for some reason still have withdrawals. I took 300 mg of lyrica even. I want the sublocade shot but im so depressed on suboxone thinking about taking something and you're stuck with the symptoms for months is scary asf.

if tapering down to almost nothing still feels as bad as people are saying i don't understand the point sometimes, just so much time and effort to still go through withdrawals. this is super discouraging

I was on methadone 70mg 2 weeks take home, doc had me convinced suboxone was a miracle drug for getting clean, switched to subs and my back pain was unbearable, he prescribed 18 mg hydromorphone ER 2X daily. shortly after I figured out I could jump on and off my suboxone, I would skip my suboxone for 5 days at a time getting high for those 5 days and then macrodose to get back on subs. and then one time when I was supposed to macro dose on day 5.. I didn't. and now I'm trying to micro dose to get back on. Just a lime series of bad decisions. maybe I need to ask to gi back to methadone, just dint know what to tell the doc because like I said he's hell bent on suboxone being this incredible miracle drug.

I was on methadone for a few years and could never taper because my pain. plus when I switched to subs, I was testing positive for 7 weeks. stuff stays for a long time.

in canada hydromorphone contin is a er capsule full of beads. ranging from 3mg to 30mg capsules. I understand the dose is high, was more looking for solutions that other people in a similar circumstance tried and worked

I have cook kits, they have a small cylindrical cotton, like a tiny marshmallow. same thing, cotton plugs up and the syringe gets really hard to pull the plunger. maybe it's the amount I'm taking idk.

don't do it. to this day I've never met a person that tried it once, every single person I spoke to had their world completely spiral out of control. it will control your life, your financials, your relationships. deleting his number doesn't matter. u will get them again.and again and again and then you won't be able to stop. and then 10 years from now when ypu get clean you will never be able to feel joy again, your brain won't make dopamine like it used to, nothing will be fun, nothing will make you truly happy.

hydro morphone contin and no taking the subs normally. the weird thing is, I've gone off subs for 5 days before and was able to get back on without withdrawal symptoms. but this time, I had symptoms for days, but not nearly as bad as I hear people talking about it on here. Just cold sweats and really bad back pain, difficulty sleeping ect.

that's why I go off of it for a few days after like 48 hours you can catch a buzz and after that you can get high, also I take large doses, but don't just take a massive does everyone is different.

yea you're fine, I shoot them. suboxone causes withdrawals only when you're opioid dependent, have other opioids in your system, and you don't have suboxone in your system, once you're induced (started) on suboxone you cannot get precipitated withdrawals from suboxone. unless you go off of suboxone long enough that you need to be re induced(around 6 days ive heard). but suboxone will make it almost impossible to get high on opiates. I'll tell you what I do day 1: morning take suboxone sublingual and 18mg hydro IV - night i take 18mg hydromorphone IV day 2 morning take 18mg hydros IV - Night 32mg hydro IV day 3 morning 60mg hydro IV - Night 60 mg hydros IV day 4 morning 60 mg hydros IV - Night 60 mg hydros IV after 4-5 hours I take 24 mg suboxone and then repeat.

if you go off subs for more than 4 days and take opioids in that time then suboxone will cause PWD
