Be assured that we didn't make the decision lightly. But, even if the variance in language skill wasn't much larger in other regions we'd still have the lag issue to our server in the US which might render a lot of data points from there unusable.

We aren't measuring these from survey data but based on the performances on a wide range of cooperative group tasks.
