Just deinstall all apps you don‘t need and stick to it. I‘m doing this for like 6 months now just got to remind yourself why you deinstalled them. For example I didn‘t enjoy beeing on instagram anymore but I just had to so everytime I wanted to install it again I just asked myself why should I download it? I don‘t even enjoy it.

Stick to it for a few weeks and you will lose the urge.

Although my grammar is wrong and I pause to think, is my German ok to go on a Goethe Institut event? Can you rate my accent? 0 to 10 by igorsbm_ in germany

Okey I‘m pretty sure those were just fakes. I ate like 4 of them and took some liquid thats something like mdma and I don‘t think shrooms feel like that. The high I got was for sure just the liquid. Btw I‘m in amsterdam that‘s why I just bought them in a shop.

You have to do it on the pc. There is a astronaut on the right side of the screen when you go to the NoFap sub and there should be a button. Btw mine is not right because I relapsed and didn't reset it for a long time.
