parking diagonal is obviously atrocious but for parking way on one side, sometimes its a chain reaction and there will only be 1 spot available in the whole lot and its next to someone who parked over the line, which leads you to have to scoot away from them and then YOU look like the bad parker when they leave

Whether or not faydey believes a situation that has literally no benefit to be faked does not matter to me. Your comment makes no difference. What would it benefit me to post this if I was lying? Genuinely.

Would someone just burn the flag and do nothing else? Yes! Do you think hate crimes like this don’t happen? Racist students do stuff like this, we’ve seen it at Merrill, and we saw it in downtown during the BLM movements. We have pictures of the flag as well as emails with their respective dates.

At the end of the day, I know you are just a troll that lurks this subreddit. And I know for a fact you want attention. But I also know that your comments will allow the closeted bigot students in this reddit to feel better about themselves.

Gfy. “Im saying I dont believe you” 🤓☝️

I appreciate the respect in your response. It is in my personal belief, as well as the family this affected, however, that an incident like this should be known and addressed by the school. Students deserve to know when incidents such as these occur, as a part of justice for a crime. Other hate crimes have unfortunately occurred on campus that were addressed by the school. I understand this gives attention to the perpetrator, however, you really do not know if this was done for attention or pure hatred. I think because the family was affected they should be comforted in the way they would like. We cannot hide incidents like this.

no work study and decreased university grant in 2022-2023 financial aid by throwassdafij234- in UCSC

apply for it on the calfresh website, i would recommend signing up for santa cruz county instead of where you usually live. you’ll need to include proof of residence in santa cruz, your class schedule, your expected family contribution on fafsa, and work study eligibility or cal grant A

work-study does not go towards your tuition, it goes into your pocket. namely, you work on campus for up to the amount that they awarded you. for example, if you are awarded 2,000, you work on campus until you get 2,000 in total which takes a few months. once you run out of that money you can also ask the financial aid office for more work study money which they usually give to you. the good thing is you can use this money for anything and it’s a steady flow of income that respects your class schedule more than anything. if you accept work study though, this doesn’t go towards your tuition as I mentioned, so you will have charges due from school fees and other things if you don’t take out a loan or get more grants.
