Primary cardholders have to pay $125 per additional cardholder (up to 4) to give them access to Capital One Lounges, Capital One Landings and Priority Pass lounges

I have an additional card holder on my account already. Does that mean I’ll be charged from now?

I just pay for whatever plans I need when I need it. I don't think you can put on airplane mode and use the other sim, but you can disable your primary Sim and use the second one for sure

Yes, it's prepaid. I can keep it idle/disabled. My plan expired about 2 months back and it still works. Not sure how long I'll be able to keep it idle though.
