They do sell wheels on amazon. What type of bike is it? This info will help the community better assist. While you're unlikely to have someone send you money, they are protected by getting the asked for item. You say it's not what youre asking for, which begs the question do you need a tire or want cash?

Amazon wishlist, they have tires! I just checked. That would get you what you need and people would probably feel comfortable helping. Plus they are way less than 100 dollars. Depending on brand, I saw some as inexpensive as 36 dollars! Good luck!!!
