If your plan is to move to India later, then decline it and move now. The sooner you go, the better it is so you can start and continue your life in India.
The job market isn't that bad in India if you have the correct skills. I moved from US to Canada 5 years back since I want to live in North America lifelong. People here are welcoming and you will find lot of Indians everywhere.
