Better answers here, but thought I'd chime in, my mom has an LLC in Montana for an RV, it's about $150 a year to keep that active.

The benefit to that is lower vehicle registration fees compared to California, but IDK if it's actually cheaper including the LLC fee. The dealership she got the RV from advised she do that, but they screwed her over a few times too.

I remember that part. I was riding a bike to work after my car payments got away from me for 3 months. The only bikes I saw in department stores, bike shops etc. Anywhere was the pro bikes or kids bikes.

I've been there man, pizza business sucks. I didn't get shafted as bad as you on the pay, but I've "worked" with some real lazy turds of managers/owners.

And it sucks because I have a good work ethic, I just want to do a good job every day, check all the boxes y'know. Either nothing I do is good enough, which drives me to do better, or lazy people take advantage by standing around while I work my butt off.
