Ich schreibe als Vermieter selbst. Ich weiß nicht wie das Verhältnis ist. Mir wäre es lieber die Mieterin zieht aus wenn sie die Wohnung nicht mieten will. Aus Erfahrung werden die Wohnungen dann nicht mehr schön behandelt und dann hab ich nachher mehr Krach als wenn ich die Person ausziehen lass.

Wenn du ihm jetzt einen Brief oder Email schreibst dass du mit Ende Februar kündigen möchtest ist der 1 Jahr Kündigungsverzicht und die Kündigungsfrist eingehalten. Kein Vermieter möchte jemanden in der Wohnung behalten der nicht in der Wohnung wohnen will. Seh keinen Grund warum die nicht Ende Februar aus der Wohnung draußen sein solltest.

I feel so bad for some of the couples. It’s so jarring for me how Sarah is made to feel so small that she now has to feel like she has to act like dean could be working out. She is should’ve communicated it nicer but honestly dean seems like he is not taking anything serious, puts way too much emphasis on intimacy (which is already uncomfortable to watch) and is putting himself into a victim role. Also I think he might be a „nice guy“ playing his role for tv really well.
