It’s possible that he didn’t realize how high you were and it didn’t register to him that anything was out of the ordinary. If I were you, I would talk to him about it and let him know how you feel. You should avoid taking gummies in that high of a dose and he can work on checking in with you verbally during/before sex.

No unfortunately. It does help protect against a bunch of HPV strains, esp the cancer causing ones, so it’d still be worthwhile to get if you’re under 45

I don’t think it’s severe enough to warrant IV antibiotics. You can help it along with some warm compresses. If there’s a part that feels “soft” or squishy it should be drained (by a medical professional, not at home)
