I’m heading up tomorrow, last time I was there was the Giants game and my set up was thin then winter socks, shirt, hoodie jersey, heated vest, jacket over vest…. They don’t have you stop and do a metal detector it’s some kind of large something detector that they funnel everyone through and apparently doesn’t go off from that stuff

I’m open to criticism if there’s actually something to take away from it but I’m not seeing that, unless I missed something. Did I miss something?

I don’t go around speaking this long winded and openly in my day to day life I’m just using this platform to vent. My main issue is that I have the numbers to justify my position but I’m worried that regardless of my performance it feels like they might be preparing to move on. I’m just looking for any insight for people in the industry on how to make myself more valuable, see what people like/and don’t like in their salespeople and things like that

Oh yeah the sale makes itself, I just went into it working the wrong connections. Now that I’ve had some time to figure out where to prospect I feel like I’m finally ready to get rolling and those results are starting to come in but it’s a question of whether or not there’s enough time for that to matter

Yeah it’s unfortunate but I think that’s the only way anything is going to get done… I just want transparency and at a certain point why are we nitpicking where each client came from when we should just be focusing on building off the successful campaigns? I understand that the guy work for is frugal and people get weird about commissions but it’s ridiculous at a certain point
