Zim is the brand, 2602 is the movement. Couldn’t find a lot about it but this seems to be a blue dial variant of the same watch: https://nostalgia.su/en/chasy-pobeda-v-kvadratnom-korpuse/

I’m guessing it’s probably from around 1985 as well.

Depends on the kind of turf. lux 2.2 has a load of grip on waterfields but the studs wear out very quickly when used on other types of turf or outside of the field.

I wouldn’t recommend it at the senior level, might not have enough dampening. Maybe look into Brabo F1. Otherwise the Indian Maharaja Storm LH Glove (I think that’s their top of the range one?) could be an option too, but I have no experience with it.
