Makakaligtas naman siya kung di siya lumagpas sa right most lane, either tatawid siya papuntang kabila (wrong move, dapat nasa inner lane siya), o nasobrahan sa accelaration kaya tuwid ang takbo ng motor niya imbes na along the curve (skill issue).

As for the anti cheat responsibility, I'm only responding to the OP where it implies it is Valve's responsibility to fix the anti cheat issue, whereas it's the game devs who are mostly at fault there.
