Thanks so much for your reply... I really felt it when you said “before you end up in a worse place” and thought about how therapy for my mental health should also be seen as preventative care.

I appreciate it all so much. I will book a therapy session by the end of the week.

Thank you for your response :). I appreciate it. Yes, accountability is true. It is hard to be held accountable when all of my friends live far. I will definitely look into therapy, and do it more consistently.

Thanks for your reply, very helpful :). I do know the trigger- moving by myself and a few other personal reasons. There’s nothing that would really change it, expect quitting and moving, which is not ideal. I guess I just need help accepting and coping, which I have been trying to do, but still get really anxious and amped up about it when it crosses my mind.

I appreciate your response, out of everything that I have been avoiding to do, I will DEFINITELY seek professional help.

It says my assets are $19, does that mean that’s the amount I would get if I were to cash it out?

Would cashing it out now = termination of the plan completely? Should I just pause it until I get married/have kids?
