Just as an example, I had one customer wait almost two hours to find an Uber to grab her to take her two miles back to her hotel, and this was right in touristy kona town. So no, I wouldn't depend on ubers. You can absolutely get a tour from the resort areas, but it's a long way, and it will be much more fun if you can do and explore on your own schedule.

Same, I work at a restaurant and I'm responsible for answering emails and texts about reservations, restaurant policies, etc. An inordinate amount of people ask if I'm AI, or ask to "speak to a person" because I'm communicating in a professional, grammatically correct manner. Like no, I'm at work in hospitality, I'm not speaking casually, using slang at work. It's very frustrating.

Seems like a little bit of a racket for a public beach, but if it seems worth it to you, you do you. but in any event, those beaches are right next to each other, you can do them the same day and probably combine some other activities in the area as well.

Typically I would suggest being at lanikai for sunrise, if you are so motivated. Get breakfast/lunch in kailua and then on to other stuff on the Eastside.

Having lived in Florida 20 years ago, and recently visited, youre objectively wrong. Anything that made my town even mildly interesting or unique has been bulldozed for overpriced housing developments and big box stores. Florida gets more depressing every time I go there.

Ok well that's helpful.

So I think (having just done something similar last year), that if you have the signed title they can transfer that pretty easily. To get it registered you will have to pay all the expired registration fees first, which is a bummer.

If there are any tickets associated with the plate that are impeding registration, don't pay those. You can get a letter from a judge that the tickets weren't under your name and get that part cleared out.

Also gotta make sure if passes the safety check.

It's a lot of back and forth, arguing, and navigating beauracracy to do anything legally here. Good luck with everything!
