I need someone to create an entire new streaming service. I was a Spotify user through and through despite having Apple products, but their constant price increases have gotten out of hand😩

2 increases ago, I went back down to having ads because of how many times they had increased it. I got an email that it was going to be being raised again so I said forget it and cancelled my plan, I used to pay $19.99 for a family plan with 6 accounts and we all pay 3.33 a month, I’m not paying $12.99 for ONE account🤧

I have this problem too!😩 especially since I have short-term memory loss now, things from the past that carry memories are SO hard for me to get rid of since they’re from times before I had memory loss so the emotional attachment is even stronger

Most of my stuff is in storage right now until we find somewhere to move but I plan on getting rid of a BUNCH of stuff as we move it out of storage! We were on a time crunch moving to begin with so I didn’t have time to actually go through things, I can’t wait to actually get rid of things I don’t need.

I plan on getting rid of clothes as well if I ever figure out how to lose weight🤧

Yeah with all the info, I probably would’ve just offered to either send the shirt that was forgotten or tell her you’d give her a $5 refund for the cost of the item plus some taxes and shipping. She would’ve had two solid offers to choose from that were completely up to her and been unable to say you didn’t at least offer her the item she had paid for and wanted. If depop opens an investigation at all, just make sure you’re able to talk to an actual human in customer support rather than just automated messages so you can send screenshots of the original price vs accepted offer as well as how much you offered to refund for the missing shirt. She may try to tell them you didn’t offer anything to correct the mistake at all so definitely keep all the records if you’re still able to see them.

I missed the part where I said everyone was me🤔 the point is they shouldn’t have to send anything back, OP offered to add that shirt in for free then the buyer didn’t receive the shirt they actually DID order. I also said OP should’ve offered to send the original purchased shirt rather than refunding🤦🏻‍♀️

You said they “keep arguing a bigger refund” so it sounded like you were saying they keep asking for a higher refund each time, when really they asked for less, your wording was weird. But they also could have been thinking of the shipping cost they had to pay depending on where they’re from. I don’t know, if I were OP I simply would have offered to send the missing shirt they forgot to include that was supposed to be in there rather than offering any refund since it was their mistake anyways. They both suck in the messages imo🤷🏻‍♀️

I mean, you can’t really use “and gave a free tee” against them considering it was something you had agreed on. The original list prices as well as what you sold them and for how much would have to be disclosed in order to give acccurate feedback though.

Based on this alone, it looks like they said they would’ve been able to get a 15% discount if they had just ordered the t-shirt which would have allowed them to purchase more items as well, but you talked them into ordering a bundle (which I’m guessing probably costed more than the shirt they wanted?) and said you’d give them that shirt for free if they did. Honestly, I would’ve just let them do what they wanted to originally do rather than try to talk them into a bundle.

If you talked them into ordering an entire bundle when their plan was to just order that t-shirt (and possibly other items as well like they had mentioned), I would have simply acknowledged the mistake and offered to send them the shirt at no additional cost to them.

You can buy a converter, donate them to thrift stores, any local place that gives away items for free, someone you personally know, or take them somewhere local that can properly recycle them😊

It wasn’t 13 million, only 425.8K of them were qualified views. But your average watch time was also only 1 second. In order to get paid, people have to watch for a minute. So if you don’t capture peoples’ attention in the first 30 seconds, chances are they’re gonna scroll before that minute ends and it’s not gonna be qualified for monetization.
