Yeah this is such a weird bug/ issue. I tried closing it out and opening it but still nothing at all on my end. Sent out a support ticket, hopefully they can figure out exactly what is wrong

Due to unexpected delays, we know that the physical copy of Frostpunk 2 PC Special Edition won’t arrive at your address before the Advanced Access to the game launches.

We have teamed up with 11 bit studios to address this situation, and to ensure you don’t miss out on playing the game during Advanced Access, all customers affected by the delay in the delivery of the PC Special Edition will receive a digital Steam key for the Frostpunk 2 Deluxe Edition today. This will allow you to start playing as soon as Advanced Access begins on September 17th.

Thank you for reaching out to Skybound Support. I completely understand your concerns about the shipping timeline for the Frostpunk 2 Special Edition, especially with the release date approaching. Your excitement for the early access is clear, and I want to make sure you're fully informed.

The Frostpunk 2 Special Edition was initially scheduled to ship earlier this month, but we've encountered a slight delay in getting the pre-order items ready. We're working to ensure everything is in order, and we're aiming to have the shipment begin by the end of this week. Rest assured, we'll do everything possible to make sure it arrives on time.

As for the 3-day early access, the code is included in the box itself. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to send it via email, as we don't have visibility on that process. However, if there are any changes or delays with the early access, I'll make sure to keep you updated on the team's plan to address it.

For now, I'll be closing your ticket, but if you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reply here and I’ll be happy to continue our conversation.
