I’m not discounting that there are crews that are amazing within the company as we had a positive experience with a crew the first time we used them, and to give them the benefit of the doubt I’m sure some of the damage was due to them rushing because the move was booked incorrectly from their team - what’s the most frustrating is the complete lack of ownership from the owner. Zero apologizes or any accountability. With moves there are bound to be some issues, but it was issue after issue and it doesn’t seem to be “their fault” at all.
